IN PERSON: New Moon Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

Immerse in the Experience:

Join us for this delightful post eclipse New Moon, as we journey into the garden of delight, connecting in to our inner world of earthly joy and pleasure.

You’ll be guided into the experience with a gentle breathing technique to bring you into the present moment, and a heart-centered chant to quiet the mind and drop you into your experience.

From there we will journey through a meditation to connect to our inner world and allow it to guide us to harmony, peace and love.

We’ll immerse in the vibrations of a sound bath to relax the body, release tension, rejuvenate the mind, and align to our vision and intention.

The sound currents will bring you into a deeply restorative state, within which your body and being can repair, receive, and return to harmony.

Reiki Offering: Participants will be offered the gentle loving energy of Reiki in our Sound Experience. Reiki is the energy of unconditional love, and when tuned into and directed by a practitioner it can support with health, harmony and healing on a mental, emotional, physical and energetic level.

New Moon in Taurus

Taurus is the garden of delight, of earthy pleasure, of sensuality and leisure.

And here we are, after eclipse season, after the big transformational shifts we’ve had over the past few months… After epiphanies and realizations, ready to embody the lessons, return to what we value, and endulge in the simple pleasures of being.

What to bring

Soul Essence Yoga offers yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and eye pillows. Please bring your blanket, water bottle or anything else to support you as we will be laying or sitting on the floor for the evening.

The studio is located up a flight of stairs on level 1 (no disability access).

Street parking and a car park behind the studio is available.

Refunds can be issued up to 7 days before the event, exceptions are made in special circumstances. Please note, Eventbrite charges an admin fee which we can not refund. Transfers are also possible.
