Community Vocal Toning

 
In this gathering we will use our voices to ‘tone’ on sounds and syllables so we may come into resonance with the music of life, and the music within.
 
We are divine instruments,;our voices, our lungs, our bones, all vibrate with the song of our soul. 
 
And like instruments, we need to keep ourselves in tune, and develop a practice of staying in tune so that we can create a field of vibration that is authentic to our essence and resonates with the experiences we want to call in.
