Alignment Sessions
This is a personalized 1:1 session built around one intention - one thing you want to create, shift, or bring into form, shaped around what feels most alive for you right now.
Together, we'll get clear on what you want, then look at what stands in the way - the beliefs, patterns, and habits holding it in place - and clear them using coaching methods including sound, hypnosis, theta healing, and guided visualization. We align thought, feeling, and action - be, do, have - so your intention can move from idea into form. Each session is tailored to you - intuitive, grounded, and practical.

❊ The beliefs, patterns, and habits standing in the way, and where they took root.
❊ Clearing and re-patterning through hypnosis, theta healing, and guided visualization.

We'll move through as much as time allows, staying with the one intention that feels most relevant for you right now.
