Real change requires working with the whole of who you are, your nervous system, your emotional patterns, your unconscious habits, and the daily rhythms your brain already moves through naturally.

I spent years seeking. What I needed was to stay
I know this cycle well. I spent years accumulating knowledge, moving from one practice to another - always in search of the next best answer. And if I'm honest, some of that searching was avoidance. Not wanting to sit still long enough to see the core patterns clearly. Not wanting to follow through long enough for anything to become real.
In a world that rewards more, faster, new, I fell for the distraction of seeking over the discipline of deepening.
What I actually needed was to stop. To implement what I already knew. To give it the time and consistency it needed to take root.
Of everything I tried, sound was the most potent. It slowed my pace. It softened my nervous system enough to receive. It met the body before the mind could interpret it, and it enhanced the benefits of all the modalities I was already working with.
Align on the Daily was born from that realization. Not from perfection, but from finally showing up, simply, consistently, every day, and discovering that this was what had been missing all along.
Breakthrough moments can initiate change. But repetition is what anchors it.

This practice invites you to:

The evening is the second of the brain's receptive thresholds. As the analytical mind begins to release, the unconscious opens. This is where the day can be integrated, released, and made ready for rest.

Musician, Teacher, Sound and Meditation Guide
Before this work, I spent over a decade at the top of the fashion industry, anxious and exhausted, sensing something more was possible.
I went searching - yoga, meditation, astrology. Nothing deeply landed until I met the gong. Sound did what none of the other practices could do alone. It quieted my mind, softened my body, shifted my emotional state - soft enough to receive, soft enough for change to settle. It moved me out of the mind and into being.
I followed it. Tuning forks, gong, mantra, singing bowls, rhythm, voice. Sound became the through-line of a decade of practice across meditation, energy work, astrology, hypnosis, psychology, and the sciences of consciousness.
Sound is what brought me home. But it was the daily return that kept me here, the rhythm itself became the teacher.
Align on the Daily is that rhythm, distilled. What you return to daily becomes who you are.
