Refined over years of deep devotion to the inner work - to understanding what it takes to wake up, change, and become free. I've shared them, as practices, with thousands of people across hundreds of events and in intimate one-on-one spaces. I've watched the transformation happen in a single sitting - the before and the after, palpable in the room.
My time in India crystallized the work. The journey I walked deepened what I already knew and solidified the practices. They've sharpened into a transmission - potent, clear, and true.

Gratitude: the gateway into higher realms. The feeling state the others open from.
Forgiveness: an elixir. A healing balm that frees your energy from the past so you can use it to create the life you desire.
The I Am (Acceptance): not as resignation, but as the remembrance of who you truly are. Here we meet the greater consciousness within, and the wisdom it holds.
The Path of Beauty: how beauty opens the heart into love.
Love: the fabric of life. Settling into its frequency as a remembrance that it is everywhere, in everything. Always guiding, holding, supporting.
Beyond the Shadows: meeting shadow with awareness, compassion, and choice. Letting it take its rightful place as contrast, a reminder of who you really are and how far you've come.
Knowing in Your Bones: anchoring a deep sense of knowing beyond thought, fear or doubt. Awakening the certainty that creates worlds, and holding it as the ground of your intention.
Ecstatic Creation: life creates from joy, from celebration, from the ecstasy of being. Here you remember that the thing you want wants you, and you create from that knowing.
The Vision Beyond the Vision: we look beyond the original intention and meet a future self who has already arrived, one who walks with a new truth, a deep power, a settled knowing of their potential. We step into that self, receive their wisdom, and from that place set an even grander vision.

My work brings sound, breath, hypnosis, and contemplative practice into rooms, recordings, and rituals designed to help people return to themselves. I'm drawn to where intuition meets understanding - where the mystics and the neuroscience say the same thing - and where an inner state becomes a lived one.
RITUALS TO EMBODY is the distillation of that work: simple, intentional practices that gently reshape how we meet ourselves and the world, from the inside out.
