A few helpful notes before you reach out...

❁ EVENT SUPPORT: For ticketing support, it’s helpful if you reply directly to your Eventbrite confirmation email using the “contact the organizer” link at the bottom. This allows us to locate your booking and assist you more efficiently.

If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, let us know the event date and location you’re attending, along with the name and email used for the booking, so we can locate your details.

Please note:

Due to the volume of events and attendees each month, our small team is unable to manage refunds and transfers. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else, simply forward them your confirmation email or printed ticket.

❁ PURCHASED CONTENT: If your inquiry relates to online content or a digital purchase, please include your order details and the email used at checkout so we can identify your purchase and assist you efficiently.

❁ RESPONSE TIME: We aim to get back to you as soon as possible - usually within 3-5  business days. If the inquiry is time-sensitive please let us know in the subject line and we will try to get to it sooner. Thanks for understanding ♡.
